Ute Weber-Woisetschläger and the IONS Discovery Lab Teams
Background and Aim
The Integral Art Lab (IAL) is a u.lab2x prototype that follows Otto Scharmer’s Theory U process and focuses on selected themes. Within 90 minutes, the structure leads through a dynamic process with the intention of unleashing individual creativity and raising consciousness by allowing feelings, images and the embodiment of new information for being in the world.
Methods
We invite participants into aesthetic and mystical experiences with the aim of activating the right brain and engaging the left hemisphere in new ways.
Through contemplative listening, transparent communication in emphatic dialogue and reflective embodiment, resonant exploration and sharing in the mirror of a work of art, we individually and collectively generate new information, insights and inspirations from ourselves, through others and from the quantum field.
Facilitators
Ute Weber-Woisetschläger introduces and facilitates this creative process. The artist Martina Höss ist present with a selection of alchemical artworks online via a virtual gallery for mirroring our processes.
Results
The new information from perception informs and expands awareness and sense of connection with others, with nature, with the earth and the universe. This change leads to empowerment, it strengthens the individual’s sense of responsibility and their ability to act for the greater good.
Discussion and Implications
The focus on experiences for the individual and in relationship with other people allows an alignment of the essence of being and the meaning of life.
It is an offer for a blind spot in our society to find and cultivate personality development in the experience of the true, the good, and the beautiful.
Ute Weber-Woisetschläger’s studies in Philosophy (Mag.phil.) focused on aesthetic experience, in Art History (BA, MA) on the visual representation of mystery, in Communication (MSc) on dialogue and Transparent Communication, and as a PhD candidate in Transpersonal Research at Ubiquity University in collaboration with the Academy of Inner Science on the trans-linear unfolding of creativity and consciousness. Ute founded and leads the Integral Art Lab Hub to offer and explore new formats within this framework.
