About the Lab
The Integral Art Lab is a dialogical and contemplative field practice that explores perception, awareness, and aesthetic experience through art.
In one 90-minute session, participants move through four spirals:
from light to perception, from the invisible to form, from thinking to movement, and from self to awareness.
Participants work in dyads: one person speaks from direct perception while the other listens in silence — without comments or interpretation.
No prior knowledge of art or meditation is required — only presence, openness, and the willingness to listen deeply.
